Ailene has over 40 years experience in the healthcare industry. In her capacity as the Administrator of a local rural hospital, she was responsible for all hospital functions, including staff management, financials, and quality control. Ailene is responsible for all Human Resource functions at United Solutions, marketing, and she serves as President of the company.
Kris Poston, Vice President
Kris has been in the medical billing, management, and consulting profession for over 15 years. She was essential in opening new and restructuring existing medical practices as well as PM accounts. She is administrator of our family practice accounts for internal medicine and consulting for individual practices.
Kris was also paramount in the conception of one of eight FQHC in the state of Texas. In addition, she is dedicated to the growth and expansion of United Solutions, MSO and is available to meet with potential new clients.
